  • All in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Carriers

Our shipping system is automated and selects the most suitable carrier for your delivery location. Carriers may include:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • DHL

  • USPS

  • Local delivery services in your country

We aim to ensure reliable, fast, and efficient delivery for all orders.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Our primary shipping destination is the United States, but we also support global shipping to most countries.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • We do not ship to countries or states where possession is prohibited by law.

4. Shipping Rates

United States:

  • Standard Shipping (10–18 business days): Free

  • Optional Shipping Protection (covers loss/damage during transit): $9.99

International (Rest of World):

  • Orders $0.00 – $200.00: $26.00

  • Orders $200.01 and up: $18.00

  • Standard delivery time: 12–18 business days

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.

  • You can also track your order by using the “Order Tracking” button on our website or by logging into your customer account.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • For all international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs (if applicable) must be paid by the customer in accordance with your local laws and regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
