This was a gift to someone and he loved it! It really is a work of art.

This sword is beautiful, and was literally everything I wanted. It is in excellent condition. This company seemed to do a great job with delivery from what I'm told (it was a Christmas gift, so I didn't personally order it). Worth mentioning is that when the sword first arrives, it is more tight in its sheath (which is normal, it relaxes over time) but the guard/tsuba is shaped in such a way that when you are pushing the sword out of the sheath, your thumb doesn't have a specific resting place, so you have to be careful or your thumb can slip down and get cut on the blade. Again this is an extremely minor thing, and goes away once it's been drawn enough. This blade still absolutely gets 5 stars from me.
