1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

2. Shipping Carriers

We automatically select the most appropriate carrier based on destination, cost, and package size. Carriers may include:

  • DHL
  • USPS
  • Local delivery services (depending on destination country)

Carrier selection may vary without prior notice.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Please Note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We do not ship to jurisdictions where possession of our products is prohibited by law.

  • Optional Shipping Protection (covers transit loss or damage): $9.99

International (Rest of World)

  • Standard Shipping (12–18 business days)
  • Orders $0.00 – $200.00: $26.00
  • Orders above $200.00: $18.00
